hi

yesterday, first time in my life ... i was facing an interview where i was not interested even if the Placement was in USA and 10Lacs during very first yr...

they were offering production profile... something i used to do years back and pledged when i left gammon that... i will not come back... after yesterday's interview... i am a bit down... many questions coming into my mind...

did i took the right decision when i took OPERATIONS?
Will i get a job in service industry?
Will i have to go back to production where i spent 2 yrs...?

next 1 month will clear all these doubts.... i dont know whats going to happen but surely know 1 thing.. i have a lot to do in these 30 days.. so that i dont regret later... i have to accept that i am feeling pressure building up in me to perform and also pushing from avneet to workhard...

i am able to see michael porter's 5 point model working on me.... ;) Companies, family, my internal, future and resume... are crushing me.. i have to do something before its too late...

going to make a time table for my next 30 days....

i am writing this blog though my exams are going on.... my roomie is studying and me as usual waiting for getting into mood of studying...

i just happened to go through India's One day match victory against england and looked at these pics... and i remembered the days i cheered my victories.....

1. Getting into JBIMS me and avneet went beserk over the my getting into JBIMS...
2. My getting 4th in JBIMS 736/1000, i shouted in the College admin office..

well both moments were life time achievements.. but for me it looked like fake.... both the times i thought what is happening is not true... i was thinking that tomm new list will come without my name and new marksheet will come without my name at the top...

i dont know it happens to others but in my case it is true....

article: Beauty, Brain and Brawn.... i had written an article on army girls marching their way ahead a long back in college days probabally in 2001, describing the sucess story written by army girls right form Priyanka Chopra to my very own Avneet Bhatia.... they had proved their mattle....

i am back influenced by ET's article on learnings in management from the worlds' most professionaly run organizations...

1. Finesse under fire... they how how to manage their control in the testing time of stress.

2. Take Charge... this shows their responsibilty taking ability even if the stakes of loosing their life are tooo high ....

3. Learning lasts a life time.... during peace time u need to train harder, improve so that ppl n equipment dont fail during hour of reckoning....

4. Take pride in ur regiment... (new for me) once in the team work.. the leader should take pride in what his team is upto to keep the motivation going in the team.... well Arkss is a live example of it....

it had been a sad day for me to hear the story of Jassica Lal case.... well its ruthless ending of a 7 years old case... what was the fault of innocent Jassica... all that she stick to the bar rules of not serving liquor after 2am.... and what she got was getting murdered by some youth who think that they are the kings of India with govt in their pocket and police as their bodyguard...

what happen if tomm a middle class 30 years old Software Exec's wife is teased in public by a youth... nothing practically nothing.. no one will bother to see.... Indians are always wary of their family... they just think meri family safe hai to sab theek hai...

but this country is going to go at the same speed as it going.... if u see india's GDP growing at a rapid rate of 8% but see the infrastructure... its bull shit.... it takes an hour to travel even 1 km in some places in kurla / andheri...

god knows what will happen to India... and as an sincere advise to all... plz close ur eyes and say MERA BHARAT MAHAAN....

i just wanna scream at the top of the voice or rather will scream my lungs out to say that i m one of the toppers at JBIMS.. one of the top B Schools...

welll others dont score or i out performed.. i dont know... all i know is that i m topper.... thats i guess something new in my life or rather anyone in my family....

ya ya ya.. some ppl say i cheated and used chits in exams.... yes i did but thats cuz i cant remember ( rather dont wannna put efforts to mug things....)

but at the end of the day.. i have not forgot the slap of Summers still.... i reallly have to improve stemmering to come out as a overalll topper in college....

lets see in the second sem... i will be more serious and will study hard to maintain the top ten ranking space....

just struck me that how would it be in 2040 and writing a letter to my darling wife about the journey we had spent together….

Dear avnee

I was just going through our card box and looking at the cards u gave me bring alive all old memories of us being together over the years…

I still remember the days when our sweet relation started as a pure friendship and our innocent time spent together just as good frns…. Then came the period when our friendship became a love affair which is just evolving over the years… I wont say it is matured… its improving day by day…

I still remember our B school days we dying to see each other and me coming on my bike (pulsar.. remember we bought together) or at times u coming down to churchgate to meet me.. our days before marriage were very carefree… roaming around in IIT campus or watching movies or driving out or boat parties all these are sweet memories which we cherished together…

Then comes our marriage days…. They bring in lots of responsibilities with them then came our two small teddy bears… (mickey n minnie) I was the most beautiful gift u had given me in life and I still thank u for the day, I hold our baby in my hands and played with him….

Babies become kids then schools…. Home works…. Sports and now they are in college or their jobs and I guess we had done a great job and left no stone unturned to make them capable for the future…

Avnee our love will still evolve over the coming years… well that’s tooo much of thinking now I m going to sleep and u are looking so sweet sleeping next to me… people may say u became old but for me there is no change in you… for me u r the same avnee same sweet, cutie and lovely darling of mine except the fact that u are turning 68 this may….

NCFM an eye opener....

today i have sour throat and realise how difficult it is to speak..... zooming back to NCFM days... avneet had bad throat and i know how much pains she had taken to make me study and it was all her efforts that i passed with 62 marks (quite decent marks.... no!) actually the passing marks were 60 only (too high).... well thats a different story that avneet got 89 marks...

i am afraid that she might use her marks to degrade me that she is more intelligent then me but now i got my trump card.... CAT 2004 scores to keep her shut...

coming back to her caring nature... this is not the first time she is taking care of me.... when i came from home after diwali i was having running stomach and it was avnee who took care of me...

well thanks to god for giving me such a wonderful girl.... well its much more than a stupid jatt like me deserve.... well but i also promise to good to keep her happy and take care of her throughout life....

well it had been a long time i am back to write abt... well this time its abt the college Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies ( JBIMS )..

JBIMS has not impressed me much in terms of my expectations but something is there about the college to talk about. Well the placements has overshoot my expectations (maybe my expectations were low).

before joining the college... these salary figures sounds as if they had been bloated but seeing them really true had been a shock to me if not surprised.

lemme just tell u some of the organizations that impressed me:

the list is exhaustive... well this year the average might be well above 7.06 of last years'. but these is a fear in my mind regarding myself. i have a fear for stage and interview, i perform drastically during interviews.

hope i achieve all of them cuz next year i will be at same seat in which seniors are sitting..

it was a dream come true for me to get into BAJAJ and felt like a honeymoon just started... but i am in to a dungeon in the very three months into the process... first of all the crowd i was expecting was too high and what i got here was too low as per my standards of a b-school.

i thought i would be among the top rankers in the coll. but things started against me when almost 90 ppl in my class got summers and i was among the bottom rusted ppl.. it gave a big blow to my ego and self esteem... it just nosedived..

things got worse with my room lights on till morning 5am and i am not able to sleep during the time.. roomie bahri stopped talking to me and i also cared a damn and it lead to some misunderstanding between us.

even my relations with avneet is going through troubled water... she behave irratic at times cuz of my silly hanky panky in the public place.... pata nahin she told me many times to behave but couldn't resist and get tempted to touch her... and she gets angry..

when ever she talks to ANY male frnd i get distured and fell bad... donno whats happening to me... it touched heights when she talked to kanjani at night 11;30 for 15 mins holding my phone... today even her mom behaved as if she was disgusted seing me with avneet.... she didn't even said hi properly to me... i really felt sorry as if i had done something terrible...

have to reduce talking to avneet and subsequently meeting her.. have to wait tilll our getting together... i just wanna go out of here to a place where i can have peace of mind.... here i donno i m at a all time low....

i am back after a long gap... just saw the movie HAASIL, what a wonderful romantic movie.. all the time during the movie i was thinking about my avnee...

boy runs away and could not contact her but still both of them believe that they will meet some day. well same theme as that of YAHAAN...

and on the otherside my bubbie becomes afraid if we dont talk even for 4 hours...just want to tell u one thing baby that where ever i am, u are in my mind all the time. Dont ever think that i am not thinking about you, i miss u all the time.

1. Achieve what u want in life. what may come.. have patience.

2. Drive the business, dont wait for market to drive you.

3. Remove people where they are miss managed.. not where they are working

4. Keep ur WIP small... avoid constipation process.

5. You cant use your resources to the fullest; like doctors, maintaince etc.

6. remember your job is to get the work done, not keep the employees busy.

7. Customer never want how u had made the product, they are concerned with what price u sell.

8. Think big like a bank robber not like a small petty pick pocketer.

9. Convince yourself first, then we will try to sell / convince others.

10. Start producing at 1/3rd of the demand dont process more... u will end up with overcapacity.

11. 35-35-30 three lines is better than one 100 item line.

12. MBWA, Manage by wandering around.

13. See as a helicopter view.

14. Those who dont change should get out of he way of those who are doing it.

15. Impossible is not a fact, its an opinion.... its a challenge, its a dare.

2. Manager should say no, when he have to say no... it needs guts to say no..

3. Give parties, encourage drinking in parties....

4. No manager can lead from the top.. he has to come down to the level of employees...

5. Risk is breaking all dogma.... making change is real manager.

6. progress is breaking Status Quo... be a MAN!!

7. do Measured speaking.

8. Engage lawyer from the local language speaking court.

9. Never sign a gurantee - No Excuse.... u have to pay..

10. Concentrate on ur top team.. u cant control everyone.

11. Identify ur strengths and change the game as per that.

12. while sleeping and getting up think abt what best u have done that day!

13. Life is too short to delay things. have to do alot in small time.

me back with the list of things which are not taught in almost every B school.... JBIMS is different our faculty has designed the course as per corporate requirement.

here is the list of the things not taught...

1. Start every meeting with the problems faced first.

2. If u are a manufacturer what if PM of India calls u for an order! u will do his work tailor made for him right..... Think every customer as PM of India.

3. Reduce your maximum costs. eg Ambuja best in cement cuz min cost of power used.

4. Be extra sensitive to people:
a) people in sales.
b) people in Operations ( on shop floor)

5. People perform on parameters which are measured.

6. if a person buy ur product 3rd time. Then only the product is a success.

7. Suppliers and Vendors are like Married partners of ur company.

8. Start ur day with the goal in mind. Each worker starts by standing on a green circle and pledge to safety first.

9. perceptions are like baggages shed them.

10. Manager’s job is to align perceptions. Ideas / perceptions flow all directions

11. Send ur finance guy to Mktg one day and vice versa.. to know how it feels to be in other’s shoe.

12. first few days try to learn the envt, then start taking decision.

13. Give party…. Best dressed, best behavior awards.

14. CEO should not have a cabin… he should be roaming..

15. feel free to talk two level below in ur organization hierarchy

this is one of the best moments of my life. May be biggest achievement of my life till date. No doubt it is a big achievement for a small boy from a small town of Jalandhar where probabaly with 10 rs in pocket one can go other end of the town.

a small boy who dreamed to be a scientist without actually knowing the meaning of the word. a boy got into REC nagpur a prestigious college in the country (where junta study for years to get into) not cuz of his hard efforts but study of 2 months only. It was dream or guts of a mother who believed in the boy and was ready to send her heart 1500 km away.

In college the boy was easily fooled by a girl u said she is changed for him and played with the emotions of the boy. The boy felt the sourness of the relation even after 2 yrs of ending the relation.

The boy after college come to mumbai and get lost in the big city. 2 years of hard working travelling daily for 3-4 hrs was a part of his life. but atleast he made some good frnds in office one was harshit a sweet guy with big plans in life and anmol an MBA who life his life to the fullest. they show him the rosy path ahead after MBA.

Boy joined an coaching inst and studied hard for 2 months and once the CAT came it was like a disaster. after some 8 months of struggle he made it to one of the top B-school.

Party Time!! happy ending to Months of agony...

today i got one of the biggest achievement of my lifetime. After 6 months of agony and depressed nights i have made it to India's top B-Schools. I am upset since my first setback in SCMHRD on feb 1st and after that series of heart breaking moments till finally on 22nd July i got results of JB. its not new for me god has always made me cry for what i want but in the end has given me more then expected and compensate for the agony.

I really want to thank my sweety n frnds for their support during my hard times. First of all its avnee who helped me a lot giving me emotional stability even at the risk of that i may fall in love with her (her pre 26th May nightmare and mine after that and for lifetime) and my roomies arka and pankaj who really boosted me.

Now its time to rock the college. I know my Jack of all trades qualities and will stick to it. gonna enjoy these two years to the fullest. Uske baad my engagement and life hell after that, Just seen a sample yesterday when avnee got angry with me over that dumb ass samitha

I am really feeling proud today after 6 months to write in Pagalguy about my admission which had been my dream to do with this icon -

Lemme just give u my heart breaking events of last 8 months.....

Nov 21 CAT exam literally screwed up.
Nov 30 resign from job (joined TIME as faculty).
Dec 30 CAT result out more depression.
Jan 10 XAT / IIFT just passed away.
Jan 15 results of JMET / SNAP a small ray of hope.
Feb 1 SCMHRD couldn't clear the GD biggest set back.
Feb 14 SIIB couldn't clear most depressing day.
Feb 27 CET exam 15 min late, no admit card, no preparation.
Feb 28 IITMadras and VGSOM rejection, i was on all time low.
Mar Avnee's full rage against me with her "u after me" tag line.
Apr 15 NM just missed by 5 marks.
May 20 CET results out a ray of hope
May 26 Avnee's birthday (atleast wanted to make her feel good).
Jun 04 GD for CET screwed up.
Jul 14 CET rank 19 in OMS category by this time i was weathered.
Jul 22 Finally Got JBIMS.

After long months agony n depression i have made it to a top B-school. its again best ROI to go to JB for a guy who has also same ROI ( i invested only 1 month of serious prep for CAT)

..i thank all around me who have supported me..... now its party time ( i have 2500 in my account and have to adjust everything in that)

it had been a wonderful journey from last 1 year with my pinky shinky puchee cuchee.... esp the final episodes were great when rain acted as a catalyst to our love life...

i loved each and every moment with her, the kisses, hugs and fights... each moment was as lively as our relation is... but now the things are abit changed she had joined one of the top B-schools in the country and she is exactly 25.4 KM away from me.

Yesterday was one of my saddest days in life…. I was not in a mood to do anything, it was clear from my face that I was upset.. People guess it was cuz of my JB results but it was actually cuz of my avnee I was afraid to loose her… I felt heavy when she called to say good bye in the morning. It felt as if my life is going away from me… I am afraid that this moment may not be the parting time for the roads, which were on a junction since August 28, 2004. I just want to make these roads go hand in hand for this lifetime.

Actually I am not that afraid of the distance between us…. I am more upset of the fact that she is going to one of top colleges where she will find smart people around her many of them will be much more intelligent then me. For her I might not be the first love but for me she is my first love. and its really heart breaking to see ur love away from u…

Yesterday, she was alone for the first time in IIT no one from family with her…. She was ill and abit tensed .. further it had been 2 days since we met…. I could not keep myself and IIT powai and was happy to see her even in her typical Jatt dress and oily hair…..

Really each moment spent with her is a jewel in itself and I would love to keep collecting jewels throughout my life….

hi

its one of the most tantillizing moment of my life when i am so close to victory. I am waitlisted 1 for JamnaLal Bajaj College one of the top ten colleges in the country. I am getting a feeling as if i am run out at 99 but waiting for the third umpires' signal for the red or green . this is happening for me for the second time, once while travelling by train i was waitlisted 2 which never got cleared.

For people, someone ranked 19 is just a person who missed the college but for me its altogether a different story. i am so close to a situation that i dont know whether to laugh or cry. One thing is for sure that i am rank 1 for sydneham and its gonnna have a huge psychological effect on me in my performance. I wont be surprised if i am in the top 10 of the college even in academics.

results are expected to be out on 21st for the allotment of seat for the colleges and 29th would be the last date for the fees deposit. this means only after 30th or so, i will come to know where i am going, which college. Academic session for the colleges starts on 1st August, This means i will be ready for the College by 31st without any clue about which college i am going to.

But will not be feeling sorry for going for number 2. As far as my girl friend is concerned i know that she is there for me even if i am in Sydneham and we are going to get engaged by the end of our education as gift for lifetime for becoming MBAs.

anyhow it is going to be rocking 2 yrs. one of my wish while working was to go back to college once again and live again as i did in my final year of the graduation.

JBIMS Vs SIMREE (Sydenham)

Life had always been a question mark for me....

last year i just had a passing thought to go for finance as a career, though i was not known the exact meaning of finance. May be it was due to my job in gammon i got facinated towards numbers or a sidentry job ;) pulled me towards it. After talking to my friends abt my "dream" career, i realized it was investment banking (esp M&A) i was interested in. I couldn't find anyway to puruse my goal except to go for CAT.

After my CAT/XAT/JMET/SNAP debacle and months of feeling low and useless, i found a ray of hope in CET i scored good 164 in it. Now i know i am going to make it to Sydnahem for sure and if i get into JBIMS it will be a jackpot (as avneet said.)

lemme just compare the turning points in my life which might follows after my going into the college.

If i get into JBIMS.... i would be landing up in one of the country's most coveted instt. ranked among top 10 B-school and i can argue thats its at par with top B-School in finance as 42% of the batch last yr get job in finance. Its well above atleast IIMK, IIMI and IIML. everywhere JB is ranked among top 10 b schools

I will get a heavy package of 6Lacs+ a wonderful banking job, a wonderful wife(avneet). It seems like a end of every need right. Wrong i will loose my life, I have to work atleast 10 yrs a day cuz company is not going to pay me for sitting there. I will loose my personal life, get caught in the web of working.

If i get Sydnahem... i will be a big fish in a small pond. I wont be surprised if get into the toppers' list there. college is ranked good among atleast top 25 b-schools. wil get a good package of 4Lacs+... work load will not be too much in Job too so life can be cool.. avneet might not be at my side but i would love to live an average life and get married by 30. Live life as usual ranked 2nd with fear of working hard if i tried for rank 1. I am not ruling out an option of going abroad if i get into SIMSREE.

Any way 164 is a bonus in itself. i never took CET seriously so no expectations out of it. rest is onto the god whats there for me in the years to come. if i made into JBIMS it would be god's call for avneet and me. We studied together and now get into top B-Schools in the country. may be its gods' approval of making us together.....

Would be taking JB and enjoying life (still looks like a dream)... if not able to make it to JB then would take Syd and slog hard in next 2 yrs to be top class to get good job... after joining syd i would be taking CAT/XAT again to try once more for my chances in the TOP 10 B Schools. Still i feel that toppers at syd will get equivalent salary to mediocre or lower ppl at top bschools....

anyway hard working and ravneet gandhi are antonyms...

Monsoon in New Mumbai..... places to go....

hmmmm i am getting a feedback that my language is BAD.... well nothing new for me thats the reason i flunked in GRE in 2001, GMAT 2004 and CAT 2004... anyway me dheeth enough to keep on posting... i am not doing this for someone to read but for my personal stuff.... but its bugged by some ppl out there...

i wanted to write this from last 2 days but somehow couldn't find time to do. today is the day 5 for this monsoon and its rocking. i have not seen sun from last 4 days. i always liked the monsoon cool weather rains etc and always find it romantic.. but this yr everything is different i never thought the monsoon can be soooo romantic. it may be cuz of stupid gurl avneet. yes same gurl heroine of my last blog post 26 days.

i want to discuss each of this monsoons first 5 days in advance.

Day 1: i met avneet at morning to go to gurudwara but it was about to rain and i donno wanna miss it so we went to the lake at vashi.... it was beautiful there.... i loved the drizzle it was looking sexy. mountains and clouds, rain and lake all add up to the romantic atmosphere..... we just roam around. best part was the fishes, there were some fishes dying on the land and avneet wanted me to put them back into lake ( i am too scared to touch them). we could managed to put one back (by avneet). then i saw some fishermen busy making there day and throwing fishes on the ground to collect them later and laughed a lot for them. then we thought may be they caught the bigger one and thro small one away.... its stil a mystery. over all its a beautiful place esp for lovers cuz not many ppl know abt it. me unlucky enough to go there with frnds only :(

well i dont remember the days and sequence of events so lemme just change it to details abt the places....

next best place in New Mumbai is ride thro the mountains in belapur. its again a ques where and why that road is there but its one of the most beautiful place i have ever seen. (sorry avneet more beautiful then ur parsee hill)

I know avneet gonna kill me as i am ranking Parsik Hill to spot 2. it is no doubt one of the most beautiful places. Just opposite to that Belapur rocky drive, parsi hill is green and that just adds to the nature's beauty. Row houses on the top, mayor's bunglow and Reliance Infocom tower(avneet knows better) are the best attractions of the place. its an ideal place for a walk and if u are a young couple its ideal for many more good things. Belapur side of the hill is ideal for ppl like me and arka for drinking esp the place where u can take in trains while drinking (arka's fav sport).

next i would like to mention is the palm beach road. Drive on the road in any time of the year is just fantastic. Still in monsoon the lanscape of JNPT, mountains is marvelous. Moreover when there is some one with you on the drive it just add to the fun. I love the 14 buildings in nerul that come along the side, splendid NRI colony, weird buildings of belapur and ofcourse the small lake along the lake. The only dark point is that there is not petrol pump around and thankfully not many food vendors too along the road cuz it will just add to the costs for the drive ;). Just waiting for more rain and waterfalls along with the road will be tooo sexy to put into words.

Drive in the MIDC area near MBP is next in the list. Its again greenery and mountains thats the part of it. I dont have any sweet memories linked to the place. I have gone to the area only once with roy cuz while coming from thane we had to take diversion cuz of 365 days traffic jam in airoli area. i would like edit this part of the blog once i have been to the area for romantic reasons.

If you have not visited kharghar queens ring then please visit the place. the place is abit crowded but still quite romantic. do not take the highway to reach there go via belapur i have heard the road is as beautiful as place. I am yet to visit the place in monsoon to comment.

if its still raining too hard to go for a drive, there is only 1 alternate in navi mumbai and its our only mall Centre One. i just love the place sweet gurls, window shopping, etc. best attractions for me is having Chola Bhatura or pranthas on the top floor and playing table hockey with arka and winning everytime.

actually beauty of these places cannot be put in words but still i am just giving my view point. ranking here is immaterial cuz these places cannot be compared with each other and the experience of going there is priceless. many things like eating garama garam pakoras and having a tea is equally enjoying in the season. i really than avneet to be part of this season and have just added to attractions. i really forget to mention avneet's pink face when we are at some romantic place. She turn pink or rather red at these places and looks too sweet.

one of the most memorable days of my life 26th may 2005

at one time i never thought there gonna be a twist in my life after so called disaster of 26/06. its all cuz of this stupid gurl avneet.. hehehehe dont confuse it with my name i am ravneet she is avneet.

we had been good frnds for almost a year now and were going fine... ya from a frnd i mean a FRIEND nothing else. i know diary wont believe it.... u know abt my frnds and type of frndship i had been making for my life... nahin yaar this gurl was different. i saw old ravneet sharif and naive, pure and flawless when i just come to college out to the big bad world. it was her innocence or her dandi that keep me with her as a frnd.

well on 26/05 dont worry nothing happened no bombing of a tower or suicidal attack by a terrorist but her birthday. i doubted if she come wih me or not and she told me also she have many options and have to deciede with whom to go. i dont know but i felt bad and as usual if some one challenge me i take it up so i said to her if u going to come with me its gonna be the best b'day of ur life. and i stick to my word we had a wonderful time together.

i planned out things quite well even when it was my money crisis. thank god to thing called credit card i was able to make things happened and now after 1 month today i am crying seing the bill of the card ;).

i started with a beautiful bouquet of flowers i fantasied to give her one with all roses but believe me roses dont look sweet in bouquet and only i know how many shops i visited before deciding which bouquet to buy and thanks to swapnil my roomie who had enough patience to be with me. any how i also had some add ons like baloons and a card without name. now thing was to be given in morning or night. morning i had lecture and she had swimming so decided to go for the night at 12:00. i will never forget arka 's full time complaining while holding a bouquet + baloons on bike. now at her building we kept it infront of her door and were caught by her neighbour but thankfully that old man was understanding and didn't complained. next day we had a sweet morning at RAIT gave her 2 roses and good evening where first time in my life i had a toast with a gurl.

that was enough for a gurl with high values and who never tire to say be in ur limits to fall for me. we fall in love and for next one week be became so close like inseparable. first time i touch a gurl with a feeling of doing something to my wife. i put in efforts to make her happy cuz i was looking forward to doing it for my wife. hmmmm abt my wife well she is gonna get all the respect, caring, adoration from me and she gonna be a lucky gurl in this sense.

now the real trouble started at her family. what decision they took was right donno wannna discuss that but one thing i know now we the bestest frnds. we can talk abt anything to each other. well i can talk to her EVERY thing and sometimes she become embarrassed for it. cant help it well most of the cheap and crap things i say to her just listen shut up, shiiiii , hoooo and her embarrassed face and she hitting me. but yaar it really pains she hit hard. still i love all these cant help it.....

this will one of the most testing days of my lifetime... first time i have met a gurl whom i think is a take home. outside she might not be the most beautiful gurl but inside she is a pure jewel.

any way me have to convert JB to get her. if i get into JB it will be biggest achievement of my life. i will get everything one need.... Best coll, dream couse in finance and a good gurl.

i had always heard love is selfless. but i dont know what kinda love i have. My love is conditional she will love me if u get into JB. is this loving me as ravneet what ever i am or to some guy from good coll. she says right she wanna someone earning more then what she earn...

then fine fuck off from my life. no problem it had happened to me alot of times. i get hurt by her comments, i get hurt if she dont meet me.. i get pain in heart i can feel that for her. but its all conditional. IF this then that... love i never thought to be like this.. i will love u if u get money for me.. good

sorry me not like that. i never thought abt my ego/ my self.... may be thats y i am not sucessful in life... but me not arrogant like her.... she today is in upper hand has a suceessful career can boast abt it.. i not upto her level..

i thing i know i get into JB or not but onething is sure me will not forget this conditional love... i know i am hurt with this but wil not let her know.. i now to get away from her.... just run away from life... all ppl are materialistic... money social status i had never thought of... i know only 1 thing . i would love to care for the ppl around me..

god only can help me with this out.. if i am able to marry avneet will never forget this ... she marrying me cuz me from good coll not as a person...

i will start avoiding her from now onwards.... but wil not keep her out of my mind... she will be taken care by me as a good frnd if not wife... she deserve respect....
